This is Our vision for our team. Since we are a Team we expect this to be a living document and as such, we welcome each of you to contribute your individual input.
We are a Relationship Business - we are building relationships for our lifetimes! In a world where the total sum of knowledge doubles every 8 years, rapid change is a given, what will endure are the Relationships we build Now. We envision our Team being connected for the next 30, 40 years. We see us playing together, raising our kids together, laughing, loving and doing community service together. The fact is - this is already happening!
We envision our current attitude of unconditional acceptance - extending to the lives around us. We are an example of Self-Directed Destiny - always within a plan greater than our imaginations allow. We see Leaders building leaders and growing in the process. What begins for many as a path to earning some extra money has grown into a means of Growth, Connection, Contribution, and Certainty for a Team of extraordinary individuals and the lives we touch. Collectively we are greater than the sum of our parts. We are a Force for Good.

FAITH: Each of us has a personal Faith, a personal relationship with our Creator. We also have Faith in ourselves, eachother, company backing, our Leadership, and in our ability to learn and apply new ideas. This business model allows us the Time Freedom to explore our Spiritual nature. The Latin word which best exemplifies this is Invictus= Unconquerable,Undaunting. This state is the power within us that gives us the drive to handle any life challenge. We are persons who utilize whatever life brings our way to our advantage and to the advantage of all those we serve.
FAMILY: We have created and acquired a new Family. By our connection thru the Team we are now connected with each other and our common journey. I have heard many of our partners say; "I feel a closer association and connection to my business partners than I do my own family". The Latin word which best exemplifies this is Auctor = The founder of a family. The author of a book. The leader of an enterprise or a community. A creator of possibilities.
FRIENDS: When we are actively participating in this business we create new friends daily. Each of these new friends is a potential asset for our future. Some of our most successful mentors are successful simply because they have built a lifetime of relationships. We operate daily from the principle that each of the people I meet has a "gift" to offer me - and I them. This principle gives me wanton curiosity and playfulness and we believe this will keep you and me young.
FITNESS: This encompasses a state of mental, social, Spiritual and physical well being, not merely the absence of disease. This type of business allows each of us to grow into the most complete human beings we can possibly be. Because we create time freedom, we can focus on our well being in a way that other Americans can not. This is a gift and not to be taken lightly.
FINANCE: This business model exemplifies the American dream in a most dramatic fashion. "When Committment and Purpose come together there is Abundance."
