			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You&#8217;ve read how too many choices stops people from buying, you&#8217;ve read how the paralysis of &#8220;Anal-ysis&#8221; is a painful thought loop and how &#8220;DOing&#8221; is the quickest way to learning.  Now here&#8217;s a way to determine what DO, why and when.</p>
<p>What were you put on earth to do? That’s a mind-blowing question, and most people don’t know the answer.  Lots of folks get up, go to work, come home, eat dinner, sit in front of the television and go to sleep. That’s their day. That is not anyone’s purpose in life.</p>
<p>If you don’t know your purpose, then your first purpose is to get a purpose.</p>
<p>When you look at the lives of the most successful people who ever lived, you can see that they had a definite purpose and they knew it. Some examples are: Christ – His purpose was spiritual, and stated in John 10:10, which reads: “I am come that you might have life, and that you might have it more abundantly.”</p>
<p>Walt Disney’s purpose: &#8220;To make people happy.&#8221;</p>
<p>Dr. R. Buckminster Fuller’s purpose: &#8220;Humanity’s comprehensive welfare on spaceship earth.&#8221;</p>
<p>Henry Ford’s purpose: “To mass produce, mass distribute and have cars mass consumed.”</p>
<p>Andrew Carnegie’s purpose: “To manufacture and market steel.”</p>
<p>Mother Teresa’s purpose: “To care for and comfort the poor, sick and needy all over the world.”</p>
<p>Never confuse a purpose with a goal.  Goals are great! I/we teach goal setting, and believe it is crucial to achieving any kind of success.  But goals alone, left by themselves, can be un-fulfilling.  We can have hundreds of goals (and I hope you do), but we may only have one purpose that we work for our entire life. That purpose is the underlying core that gives our goals direction and meaning.</p>
<p>Discovering your purpose will put your life into crystal-clear perspective. You will see another world, one in which you are a necessary and intricate spoke in the wheel.  Your purpose is waiting for you to figure it out&#8230;.and when you DO&#8230;you&#8217;ll create a new world, a new reality, a new wholeness where everything you need seems to flow to you.</p>
<p>WHAT IS MY PURPOSE? You cannot find this answer in a book or a class. (Wouldn’t it be nice and simple if you could?) The answer can only be found deep inside of you.</p>
<p>How do you find your purpose? My suggestion is meditation, or deep, controlled, concentrated thought. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.   Grab a pen and start writing.</p>
<p>Relax and tap into your mind, way back there in the deepest, secret compartment of your mind, by asking yourself this question: <strong><em>“If I knew my life purpose, what would it be?”</em></strong><br />
Keep asking this question until you get the answer. It may not come the first day, or even the first week.  The answer is within you, your heart and will surface consciously when you ask sincerely and repeatedly. </p>

<p>That thinking process is a left brained, conscious, non-linear series of thoughts.</p>
<p>Because it is a non-linear process, very often the result is a &#8220;looping in&#8221; on itself.  The potential pitfall is that when the loop occurs, there is never going to be enough information for the process to complete &#8211; resulting in prospects or reps that comment; &#8220;I need to know more before I get started.&#8221;   Legend even has it that the world&#8217;s greatest thinker pondered long enough to be turned into a bronze statue. <p>Metaphor = &#8220;How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go Alice?&#8221;</p>
<p>Point = There&#8217;s always going to be new knowledge and new distinctions to learn. </p>
<p>We can read a lot of books on swimming, human anatomy &#038; physiology, psychology all the way down to the intracellular Krebs cycle.  And not one of those books, nor all of that knowledge combined, will ever help a person learn how to swim.  In order for someone to learn how to swim they must have the Experience of getting in the water and moving their arms and legs&#8230;ie DOing something vs thinking about doing something.</p>
<p>The greatest swimmers, the greatest athletes, the greatest sales people &#8220;Just DO it&#8221; the most.  Practice, Practice, Practice &#8230;&#8230;with coaching and mentoring of course.</p>

<p>1.    Be a product of the product&#8230;try all of your products; and pick the one or two that really excite you the most &#8211; and share your <em>experience</em> with others. </p>
<p>2.    never just send someone to a website..there are too many choices&#8230;even if the person can find the items or category.</p>
<p>3.    At the end of your presentation/demo there really is only one way to start as a business builder and one way to start as a customer.  More than 80% of your new reps will start their new business with the same kit you started with.</p>

<p>&#8220;<em>They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel</em>&#8221;</p>

<p>Whether it&#8217;s your story or you&#8217;re borrowing someone else&#8217;s story &#8211; make certain you tell it like a love story, tell it often and even tell it to the dog.  Use the natural emotion and personal revelations pertinent to the story.  This will connect you more deeply with your prospects, and also connect you more deeply with yourSelf.</p>
<p>Be able to tell your story or the story in about 30 seconds.  Best that it be touching or humorous.  Make your story timely, appropriate to the situation and make certain that you link the prospect back to you, your product, and/or your service.  It boils down to inspiration and relevance.  </p>
<p>In summary;  <em>Remember, it&#8217;s not really what you say, it&#8217;s what they remember</em><strong>.<br />
<strong>Be concise. Be precise. Be memorable</strong><em>.</p>
<p><strong>Speak from your heart while drawing from your experiences.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Be yourself !! DO what you know!!</strong></em></p>

<p>Before you go over there and read it consider these two things missing from the article.</p>
<p>1.  Working from home is extremely rewarding for the business owner and has long term benefits for the children and family.</p>
<p>2.  &#8220;Blurring of boundaries&#8221; is listed as a &#8220;pitfall&#8221; when in reality it is a misperception.  Our 9-5 friends think their life is &#8220;in balance&#8221; because they work from 9-5, go to bible study on Wednesday night, go to movie with family on Friday nights, do chores around the house Saturday morning, go out to dinner as a couple on Saturday, go to church on Sunday and get a knot in their stomcah on Sunday afternoon about commuting in traffic monday morning to a job they may or may not find rewarding on a personal level.  To them that&#8217;s living a &#8220;balanced&#8221; life and they look at my wife and I as people who are &#8220;always working&#8221;.<br />
When you&#8217;ve chosen your &#8220;work&#8221; and you&#8217;re doing something you absolutely love and you see clearly how it fits into your life&#8217;s purpose, how you&#8217;re showing your children and your community that there is a different way to live and earn income&#8230;.then it&#8217;s really not &#8220;work&#8221;&#8230;.it&#8217;s more a labor of love.  For example; a real estate agent&#8230;.someoone who loves solving problems, finding a &#8220;home&#8221; or an investment &#8211; will often work weekends, or in the evening because that&#8217;s when the 9-5 er&#8217;s can get out and pursue their dreams&#8230;.same situation exists for those with home based businesses they too will often find themselves working at &#8220;off times&#8221; because that&#8217;s when the 9-5 er&#8217;s are avaialble&#8230;.they also might find themselves talking about real estate during a birthday party or other socail event because they&#8217;re talking about what they love to do.  This doesn&#8217;t mean they&#8217;re &#8220;always working&#8221; or that their physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual lives are &#8220;out of balance&#8221;.  </p>
<p>All it means is that they&#8217;ve chosen to balance their life in a different way&#8230;and they chose to;</p>
