Here’s a principle that also applies to our business and lives in general;<\/p>\n

When you’re in your 20’s you care what everyone thinks about you.
\nWhen you’re in you’re in your 40’s you don’t care what anyone thinks about you.
\nWhen you’re 60 you finally realize that nobody was thinking about you at all.<\/em><\/p>\n

Bills Note: Generally, most people are tuned to WIIFM. They’re consumed by their own lives. This is why the “your story” part of your business presentation must be 2 min or less and it must somehow apply to your audience. And remember even when the “worst” happens – someone criticizes, belittles, laughs at you – 2 minutes later they’re back to thinking about themselves and you are a memory.<\/p>\n

In a nutshell; Get Over it, Get Through it, Get to it. Go Go GO.<\/p>\n

Great ideas are first ridiculed, then violently opposed and then generally accepted<\/em>.<\/p>\n
