Not an easy read&#8230;but a fascinating one.<\/p>\n<p>While the concept is gaining popularity, especially since Bill Gates and Warren Buffett pledged the greater parts of their fortunes to solving world issues &#8211; the concept dates back centuries.<\/p>\n<p>In America, the start is attributed to the founder of the underground railroad&#8230;a system of home owners and business owners that helped free slaves, then to Robert Owen with the 1st factory co-op store, then Florence Nightingale&#8230;.and more&#8230;.continuing thru to Muhammed Yunus being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006 for his creation of micro loans as a means of enriching his society&#8230;ultimately setting an incredible example for other leaders to emulate.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s Social Entrepreneur is you and I.  And we start at home with ourSelves, our families, then our local community.  Then to our greater community thru our favorite philanthropic programs.  And the more we share what we have to offer, the bigger impact we make&#8230;.serving ever increasing numbers of people and prospering all in the process.<\/p>\n<p>How much more would you give if you were to build your business bigger? To whom? What if you could?  What if you did?
