Getting help is the best avenue to learn quickly and to have resources to draw upon<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>All ships rise in a rising tide.  The TEAM approach is what makes businesses work the very best for ALL &#8211; because ultimately it contributes to the greater good. <\/p>\n<p>Yes absolutely &#8220;Bug&#8221; your coaches, &#8220;Bug&#8221; your mentors, ask questions &#8211; you should never ever have a question that goes unanswered for more than 24hours. There are no &#8220;stupid&#8221; questions.  Asking questions lets your coaches and mentors know you&#8217;re DOing something.  If you&#8217;re not asking questions your coaches and mentors can only assume you are able to &#8220;fly&#8221; on your own.
