There are no specific dates defining who these <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Millennials\">Millennials<\/a> are.<\/p>\n<p>Today, more and more the term \u201cmillennial\u201d is being used to describe a mindset.  A group of people who feel like the ones in this video.   They eschew the traditional 9-to-5 office life, are skeptical of both major political parties, distrust large corporations and place more value on LifeStyle and Freedom than pursuing any particular titles or career paths.  Additionally, they believe that Contribution, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.createyourfate.com\" title=\"Making a Difference\">Making a Difference<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=lS-H2hPy2zY\" title=\"Serving Others\">Serving Others<\/a> are the primary drivers in their life.
