Results require action"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Good Morning Team &#8211;  New Year&#8217;s Resolutions &#8211; soon tossed or forgotten. Hundreds of goal setting techniques, programs, tools.  I&#8217;ve bought my share, used a few, taught 2 for years&#8230;tossed most.  Now after 22 years of being in the Personal Development arena as either a participant or coach here&#8217;s what I&#8217;ve learned the many complex tools boil down to;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.    Decide<br \/>\n2.    Take Massive Action<br \/>\n3.    Change your Physiology<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.    Decide &#8211; A: Decide what you&#8217;re grateful for in your life right now.<\/strong>  Gratitude removes fear from your thoughts.  It is THE starting point of all creation of all things.<br \/>\n        <strong>B:  Decide what you want.<\/strong>  Yes it&#8217;s that simple.  And yet 99% of initial coaching sessions start with the person rattling off all the things they don&#8217;t want&#8230;&#8221;don&#8217;t want to be broke, tired, commuting, missing my kids life, not traveling&#8230;yadda yadda yadda&#8221;  All the stuff they currently have because that&#8217;s what they&#8217;re focused on.  So from a place of gratitude &#8211; pretend you&#8217;re a kid again &#8211; about to write a list for Santa.<\/p>\n<p>2.    <strong>Take Massive Action &#8211;  A: write it down<\/strong>.  If it&#8217;s not written, it&#8217;s not going to happen.  Period.  Nothing fancy necessary.  At a recent Success Summit Event &#8211; Kathy Dennison &#8211; previous maid turned $20 millionaire &#8211; showed her written goals&#8230;a single sheet of notebook paper..torn out with a handwritten list of items she had written 22 years earlier when she first started her NuSkin business.  She had just crossed off her last goal &#8211; and had started a fresh sheet of goals&#8230;again handwritten on notebook paper.<br \/>\n        <strong>B:  DO the things necessary<\/strong>, do them often, consistently and persistently until you&#8217;ve achieved all of your goals.  Your coach will guide you as to what&#8217;s necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.    Change Your Physiology<\/strong>    This could mean drinking 1 extra glass of water, going for a walk, sleeping longer or less, or starting to eat properly or exercise.  Changing your physiology automatically changes your brain chemistry which leads directly to new thoughts, new ideas, and fresh behavior.  The phrase &#8220;stinkin thinkin&#8221; comes partly from human bodies sitting in front of a TV hour after hour and their bodily fluids literally get stale, run out of oxygen, their blood thickens, wastes accumulate in organs especially the brain, etc etc.  So DO something to change your physiology.  Do it often, consistently and persistently.<\/p>\n<p>Remember; Disney saw the theme park while standing in a swamp, Michelangelo saw David in a block of marble, races are won before they start, months are finished before they end and business are built like a jigsaw puzzle &#8211; by seeing the big picture first.<\/p>\n<p>Competency and confidence come from taking action and getting results.  Success and Peace come from seeing it in your mind first, and believing that you &#8220;will&#8221;, even if you don&#8217;t know the &#8220;how&#8221;.  You must see it, feel it, be there, like the result has already happened, and have the certainty &#8220;before&#8221; you take the action. <\/p>\n<p><strong>See it > Be it > Do it > Have it.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good Morning Team &#8211; New Year&#8217;s Resolutions &#8211; soon tossed or forgotten.
