At some level every aspect of your business relates to the “heart”. <\/p>\n
Personally, I LOVE it when I\/we say or do something from the front of the room or during a coaching session and I can see, hear, or feel the “light bulb” go on for someone. Maybe it’s just the fact they discover that they can own their own business vs having a job, maybe it’s the health aspect, the concept of “Team”, mentoring, goal getting vs goal setting, Purpose, Core Values, Leadership development etc etc. Whatever “it” is for the person – I LOVE it when I can see, hear or feel the “light bulb” go on. That’s my “thing”, the moment of discovery, Making a Difference one presentation, 1 comment, 1 phone call, 1 email, 1 blog post at a time.<\/p>\n
At your company it is likely the Founder’s LOVE creating a legacy, providing opportunity, values driven Leadership and more. Maybe you have scientists who LOVE the discovery process. Maybe you IT dept loves creating systems you can use. It is likely that your Customer service dept loves solving challenges. Hopefully your sales reps love the company or the opprtunity to create Freedom that comes from commish based sales. And the list goes on – at every level of your business – LOVE and “Heart” play a role. Or at least – I believe – it should.<\/p>\n
