{"id":99,"date":"2010-01-06T05:07:44","date_gmt":"2010-01-06T11:07:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.drbilltoth.com\/blog\/?p=99"},"modified":"2010-01-06T05:07:44","modified_gmt":"2010-01-06T11:07:44","slug":"back-to-school-today-for-many-remember-the-classroom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.drbilltoth.com\/?p=99","title":{"rendered":"Back to school today for many &#8211; Remember the classroom?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><big><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,Times,serif;\">Remember back to when you were in school&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout school the &#8220;constant&#8221; was the teacher in front of the room leading the class and teaching the students that were <em>present. <\/em>Did you ever see or hear of a teacher saying &#8220;excuse me..before we start class today I&#8217;m going to step and and go look for Johnny, and Sue who did not show up yet&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>And so it is with our teaching &#8230;.we teach and coach those who are present.\u00a0 If you&#8217;re not present for the Team calls, Training calls, one-on-one coaching calls, conferences, conventions and other teaching\/coaching environments&#8230;how can you expect to learn how to get this done?<\/p>\n<p>Remember, you don&#8217;t know what you don&#8217;t know.\u00a0 And the thing that trips most people up in business is what you think you know that&#8217;s actually false.<\/p>\n<p><em>Bottomline &#8211; If you&#8217;re not calling or emailing\u00a0 your coach <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">regularly<\/span> &#8211; your coach must assume that you no longer need their assistance and that you&#8217;re able to fly on your own.<\/em><\/span><\/big><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remember back to when you were in school&#8230;.
