“Most real failures are due to limitations which men set up in their own minds.”
– Napoleon Hill
What is a “fake” failure? Is it a real failure if you learned from your experience? Or is it only a real failure if you learned and then failed to act on what you now know?

Good Morning Team –
Napoleon Hill, first described the value of Mastermind groups in his classic book, Think and Grow Rich:
Definition of the Mastermind: “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people for the attainment of a definite purpose.”
“No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.”
“Men and women take on the nature and the habits and the power of thought of those with whom they associate in a spirit of sympathy and harmony.”
“Economic advantages may be created by any person who surrounds himself with the advice, counsel, and personal cooperation of a group of men who are willing to lend him wholehearted aid in a spirit of perfect harmony. This form of cooperative alliance has been the basis of nearly every great fortune.”

Good Morning Team –
You are your most valuable asset. To start with, you know how to read/write english, make change of a dollar, drive, navigate your way around your city….all assets that my great grandparents and thousands of others never had when they came thru Ellis Island…..and now add your other talents.
Therefore, you should always be conditioning yourself to be even more successful. How do you do this? Like any of your muscles, your mind needs strength training to become stronger.
To strengthen and recondition your mind you need to work it out every day. If you don’t use it you’ll lose it. Just like the muscles in your body, your mind muscle needs rest. This is when the work you’ve done really sinks in and changes the way you think. So, the most effective ways to nurture your mind are learning and meditating.
When I say learning I’m talking about conditioning your mind through books, CDs, audiotapes, sermons and training. There is so much information out there, so much to learn. Challenge yourself every day to learn something new. Miss a meal…and never miss 15-30 minutes of reading or listening to a book on tape/cd. Start with your business. Read everything you can on the subject; shoot for reading/listening to one book a week.
Books, CDs, and audiotapes, books on tape are available for FREE at your library. They’re great for when you’re driving to work, traveling or working out. When I had an office to drive to…there were no CD’s…so it was one 30 minute tape on the way to and one 30 minute tape on the way home…6 days a week.
Your body and mind will thank you in ways you’ve never imagined. You’ll be more energetic. You’ll think more clearly. And your creative energy will multiply.

…..of Procrastination?
Delay in pulling over to pee wastes fuel and time.
Delay in registering for Convention cost an extra $100.
Delay in buying an airline ticket costs $ hundreds more
Over a lifetime, delay in starting a savings or investment plan costs ?
Delay in reading a book that could help you build your business costs ?
Delay in making the invitation to your top chicken list person costs ?
Over a lifetime what is the cost of delay in spending time with a child ?
What is the cost of delaying spending time with loved ones ?
Procrastination costs money and more
Remember the true purpose of creating urgency is to prevent procrastination vs forcing the sale.
Which takes us back to someone with a dire need to pee. They’re eventually going to be uncomfortable enough to act because creating urgency isn’t a one step, it’s a series of steps. The compulsion to pee or purchase builds up with time and emotional reasons to act now. And when you provide the BECAUSE your prospect really goes…Aaaaaaaaaah.
