Good Morning Team – This from fellow author Bob Perks, who published his book “I Wish You Enough” at the same time I published mine.
“I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish you enough “Hello’s” to get you through the final “Goodbye.”
Everything in life is in balance; hot-cold, dark-light, action-reaction, beginning-end, pain-pleasure, risk-reward.

Good Morning Team – Continuing from the “it’s just like Golf” theme;
Health is your first Wealth, after that Wealth is measured in time.
From Robert Kiyosaki; “Wealth is measured by the richness of your life experience today plus the number of days into the future that you have the capacity to continue living at that level”
Example: If all you have is $1000. to your name and your living expenses are $100/day. Then your wealth equals 10 days.
So ask yourSelf; “If I stopped working today – how long could I survive financially?” Your answer is your “Wealth”. Include your savings, cash from sale of house etc.
At today’s interest rates of 1-2% an individual would need to have appx 1.5 Million in the bank to produce 3k per month in revenue. Given that last weeks WSJ reported wages increased only 1% in the last year, while inflation ran at 2.4% and gas prices have increased 40+% just since January how can any employee realistically expect to save enough money to get to the 1.5 million?…in this lifetime?
Now consider the meaning of residual income from owning a business such as real estate rental income or a network marketing business. Building residual income from either up to just $3k per month would be “just like” or roughly equivalent to having 1.5 million in the bank.
That certainly alters the Wealth as measured in time formula doesn’t it?
So which is going to be more doable – saving 1.5 million? Or working hard and smart with real estate or business coaches to guide you to residual income of $3k per month or whatever level you feel you need to live “comfortably” on ?
Health is your first Wealth, after that Wealth is measured in time.

Good Morning Team,
New business owners, and sometimes experienced ones on a new mission, sometimes get into a funk called paralysis of “anal-ysis” or “overwhelm” related to “what do I do first, second, third”.
“If you put off everything till you’re sure of it, you’ll never get anything done.”
–Norman Vincent Peale, 1898-1993, Minister and Author
Golf is the answer because it is exactly like business;
1. First you decide to play. (Which will be based upon some reason “why”.)
2. Second you take massive action. Then you go to a golf course, rent or borrow balls, clubs shoes, hats etc. and you either call people to go with you or you find people there who have already decided to play.
3. Third, you change your physiology by listening to, and often watching a coach or mentor or other players actually perform the necessary actions.
And how is the game played? One hole, one ball, one step, one swing at a time.
And how do you get better at playing? Repetition (…is the mother of skill.)
And when do you start to enjoy the game? As soon as you decide to play.
Because “a bad day of golf is better than a good day at a job”.

Good Morning Team –
For lots of people, happiness is just around the corner. They just need to get their degree, a particular job, a promotion, or a raise. Maybe they’re waiting to get married or have a child. Perhaps they will be happy when they retire.
Alfred D’ Souza said, “For a long time it seemed to me that life was about to begin. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, or a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.”
John Lennon said; “Life is what happens while you are making other plans.”
The point is our lives are happening now. If we are to get the satisfaction and fulfillment we want, we have to learn to draw pleasure and joy from everything that happens to us and around us because these experiences are the very essence of our life. The more conscious we are that life consists of the journey, vs the destination, the more likely we are to get the most out of it.
So, if there are things you desire to do, begin to fit them in now or accept the fact that you can be happy whether or not you do them.
Happiness isn’t just around the corner. It’s now or it’s never. The good news is you have everything you need to be happy. Philosophers, poets, and scientists all agree happiness can’t be attained through money, prestige, or power.
Happiness is a mindset. All you need is optimism and gratitude.
–Michael Josephson
Happiness Starts with Gratitude. What are you most grateful for today? What could you be most grateful for today?
