Answer to the Riddle

How fun! Your responses and imagination. The riddle is related to the “Parable of the Talents” and also as an example of environment and choices. Twin sons, both raised in same home with same parents ultimately make similar but different choices in response to their life experiences.

And finally; at some point we all “get to” pass on some kind of legacy to our children. What important lessons did your parents pass on to you? and What will you pass on to your children or the world?

A wealthy man nearing the end of his days calls his twin sons to his bedside. He wanted to share 3 precious treasures with them AND 80% of all his material wealth to the son who answered them correctly.

What are the 3 treasures the wise old man is speaking about?

1. The first gift is easy to give, and never runs out. Love

2. The second gift is easy to give, but not always easy to have. For some it never runs out, while for others it constantly runs out. Money
3. The third gift is impossible to give, but can only be gained. Wisdom

Tell Me How – part 2

Good Morning Team – From yesterday – Tell me HOW you built your business(es). Tell me how to be healthy. Tell me how to be happy. Tell me how to be rich. Tell me, tell me, tell me.

OK So sit down and I’ll tell you. We can go through everything in about 20-30 minutes. Every principle and every process – we can teach a person exactly how to do the exact same thing. And it still might not work for that person or you.

The reason “how to” info doesn’t work for most people is because they filter the info based upon their philosophy – the way they think. Often they either never take action – or even if they start taking the correct action – they quit because of their “stinkin thinkin“. Example; I’m not good enough, – I’m too young, too old, too tired, too jaded, too rich, too poor, I’m not a salesperson – so why bother. Or on a really deep level – they fail to believe they “deserve”.

So unless a person changes the way they think, they will have re-arranged what we’ve taught them by the time they leave the room. Then by the time they go to bed they’ll have re-invented the info, and by the time they wake up in the morning, they won’t even recognize the info we gave them.

So what changes a person’s philosophy?

DO the thing and you shall have the power” –Ralph Waldo Emerson

Competency and confidence come from taking action and getting results. Success and Peace come from seeing it in your mind first, and believing that you “will”, even if you don’t know the “how” …because it the end;

It’s not the how, it’s the WHY. We’ll tell you how – you tell us WHY.

Tell me how

Good Morning Team – People everywhere are looking for “The Secret”, the formula, the book, the seminar, the magic bullet, the path to improve their lives.

We get this all the time – Tell me HOW you built your business(es), Tell me how to be healthy. Tell me how to be happy. Tell me how to be rich. Tell me, tell me, tell me.

The strategies I/we used, and still use, to build our business, to become free – are simple, none of them were invented by us, and all of them are readily available for free on our calls, websites, webinars and at every live event. We constantly repeat them in 30 min or less.

In fact, there’s more good solid how to information available to you and I now than ever before in human history. Access to the information is not the issue. All of it is free and readily available. “How to” is not the issue. Applying the information is not the issue. A recipe is a recipe. Anybody can bake a cake.

The issue is WHY. The quality of your cake is totally dependent upon your reason for baking it – is it because you “have to”, “desire to” or “love to”. Are you slappin one together or designing it for a special occasion?

We’ll tell you how – you tell us WHY.

Start with a Penny

Good Morning Team – You and I “get to” start with a penny. Each penny we receive is unique. Consider all the places a penny could go? What a journey! and no one journey the same as another. A bit mind boggling if you give it too much thought.

Now remember the parable of a penny doubled every day for 30 days = millions of dollars.

The point = to accomplish anything, to create success, to achieve your dreams, you and I don’t have to do extraordinary, superhuman, things. But we do have to DO something. And that something is to “start with a penny”, which means the simple small stuff that compounds over time.

The Chinese proverb says; “The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step”. Please note the journey starts with a single step – not thinking about the first step.

For us the journey starts with a single phone call- not thinking about the first call.

From one of my favorite authors;

The law of nature is, DO the thing and you shall have the power

–Ralph Waldo Emerson, from essay on “Compensation”

And finally;

It’s never too late to start – It’s always to late to wait
