As usual Microsoft in the news
Here’s a recent mind-twisting quote from one of their former employees;
“Close your eyes and form a realistic picture of what a post PC world might actually look like. Those who can envision a plausible future that’s brighter than today will earn the opportunity to lead.”
–Ray Ozzie, Former Chief Software Architect at Microsoft
I have to admit it’s kind of hard to imagine a world without computers at this very moment.
However, when I started this business 12 years ago there was no internet, computers had no hard drives, 1 ram of memory was a lot and you had one choice of color on your screen = green. Cell phones were giant bricks with a base that had to be mounted in the trunk of your car. There were no emails, no web presentations, no CD’s, DVD’s, no teleconference calls, no recorded calls and no webinars. All tools we take for granted now.
Today your cell phone has more computing power than NASA used to put man on the moon and I/we travel more frequently with just an iphone vs a computer that TSA wants to see us turn on or off. And the cars we drive talk to us, wake us up, brake for us, and navigate for us via an average of 9 computers per car plus the internet.
So yes I can imagine a future without a computer sitting on my desk, where the whole desk, coffee table top or wall is the screen, and thanx to technology – even quicker electronic/internet communications with the people I know and love. Since it is written that those without vision perish I believe the quote is quite accurate. Therefore, I can clearly, vividly see a future whereas;
“We’re Attracting a Global Community of Extraordinary individuals – Dedicated to Loving, Learning and Connecting with Grace and Abundance”
So what is your vision for your future, and what actions are you taking today to ensure that you get to your desired objectives?
See it > BE it > DO it > Have it.
